TERRY YAPP, President

Terry was born and raised in Orange County, and graduated from Cal State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts and National University with a Masters of Business Administration.  In 1982, after serving as an Administrator with the South Orange County Community College District, Terry decided being a residential realtor would be the perfect profession to help others achieve success in one of their most important financial investments — real estate.  His entrepreneurial spirit, sales success and extensive experience led him to create Terry Yapp & Associates in 1995.  As the leader of this exclusive team of professionals, Terry has the vision and commitment to deliver the personalized service and outstanding results you deserve as a valued client.  Terry lives in Mission Viejo with his beautiful wife, Renee, and has two daughters, Melissa and Mercedes.  His Christian faith, family and friends are key parts of his life.

Maryam has been a licensed real estate agent since 2008.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with an emphasis in Management.  Maryam’s experience includes working for a top real estate company in Marin County, California; in various capacities, including representation of buyers and sellers.  As our team’s Administrative Manager, she coordinates all office functions including public relations, database management, client care, advertising and marketing activities.  Maryam consistently provides each of our clients with quality customer service.  She has also worked full-time in a global relocation firm, and at a Real Estate Investment Firm as an Investor Relations specialist.  Maryam’s people skills and special talents are invaluable in making everyone feel important and valued as clients of Terry Yapp & Associates.
 
 

CHUCK RILEY, Buyer's Specialist 

Chuck started his real estate career in 2001 after successfully serving in a variety of executive management positions with Volvo, Loral, Fairchild, IBM and Autonetics.  His many years of corporate experience included administrative and financial management, international and domestic business development, contractual and joint venture activities.  Chuck has served numerous buyers and sellers as a former sales associate with Coldwell Banker and Associated Realtors.  As the newest member of our team, his extensive education, experience and knowledge provide our homebuyers an exceptional level of professional real estate service.  Chuck lives in San Juan Capistrano with his wife, Christine, and is very involved with his church at the historic Mission.
